Vasco da Gama
Vasco da Gama is very often shortened to Vasco. It
is the largest city in Goa state of India. The city was named after Vasco da Gama, the Portuguese explorer.
Vasco has Goa's largest population which is an estimated over 100,000. It
lies on the western tip of the peninsula of Mormugao, at the start of
the Zuari River, which are about 30 kilometres from Panaji, Goa's

This is a census town in South
Goa of India. A beach town in south of Margao in Goa
this town has natural beauty which soothes the mind. It is situated along
the scenic south Goa coastline. The legends say that Lord Parashurama, who is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, shot an arrow
from Sahyadri mountains in konkan
state, the arrow landed at the place of the present-day town of
Benaulim. Therefore the town was known as Banavalli which
